Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J. K. Rowling-Teen book review

Quick Facts

  • Author-J. K. Rowling
  • Pages-435
  • Genre-Fantasy
  • Series-Harry Potter series
  • Age-all ages
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban was not a let down to the fabulous Harry Potter series. This book gained more depth and became more grown up when Harry begins to understand the circumstances of his parent’s death. There is even more secrets to Hogwarts past, and more specifically his parents as we begin to learn more about them. Characters are still as fantastic as they were in the first two books but you can tell they have grown up some. Several new interesting characters are added to the cast which you aren’t likely to forget soon. Rowling’s creativity and imagination continues to surprise (pleasantly) in the ways the pieces of her story twists together in the end. I love this series and this book, if you haven’t tried these books yet you are missing out on an incredible adventure.
